how to add paypal again, I deleted the payment portion of the form

- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click on the Add Element menu on the left side.
- Select Payments from the Form Elements panel to see payment gateways.
- Choose PayPal from the list and add it to your form.
- Connect your PayPal account by clicking the Connect button and follow the prompts.
This will add the PayPal payment option back to your form.

I cannot add a payment element, It has already been added. I accidently deleted that page on the form.

If you deleted a page on your form, unfortunately, there is no direct way to restore just that page. You would need to recreate the page and add the payment element again.
Here’s how to add the PayPal payment element back:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Add a new page by clicking the Add Form Page button at the bottom.
- Go to the Add Element menu and select Payments.
- Choose PayPal and connect your account again.
This will restore the payment functionality on a new page.

I do not see an add element menu. where can I find it

Hi Zelda,
In Form Builder, you can find the Add Form Element button on the upper left side of the page. Click it to open the menu where you can select Payments and other elements to add to your form.
Try this and see if you can access the payment element again.

When clicked, error message, states You cannot add more than one Payment Gateway

Hi Zelda,
The error means your form already has a payment gateway added. Since the page was deleted, you can try duplicating your form to reset it or manually recreate the payment page and remove any old payment elements first.
If you need to remove the existing payment element, look for it in the form elements list or pages and delete it before adding a new one.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it appears that there is no current payment gateway added to your product list. Can you try adding it again? Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Payment tab, click on PayPal to add it as your payment gateway, and click on Settings.
3. Now click on the Wand icon in your payment settings, then click on the Connect button and log in to your PayPal account.
