I want to sort my forms into folders, but it only gives me the "Add Label" option and not Create Folder. I want folders not labels

The "Create Folder" option is available only for team admins within a Team Workspace to organize team forms. If you are not in a team admin account or workspace, you won't see the folder creation option. Instead, you can use "Add Label" to organize your forms. Labels help categorize and group your forms flexibly, and you can create sublabels for more detailed organization.

I have a team created, i am the team admin, and it still only shows add label and doe not five the option to add folder

Hi Scotty,
Since you are a team admin and still don't see the "Create Folder" option, please make sure you are in the Team Workspace. Here's how to create a team folder:
- Log in to your team admin account.
- In My Workspace, select the Team title to open Team Workspace.
- Click the three-dot icon on the left menu.
- Select "Add New Folder" and enter a folder name.
- Click Continue to create the folder.
You can then organize your team forms by dragging and dropping them into the folder.

the three dot icon is not an option on my left menu in team workspace

If the three-dot icon is not visible on the left menu in Team Workspace, please ensure you are fully in the Team Workspace view by selecting your Team title under My Workspace. The three-dot icon should appear next to the team name or folder name to allow folder creation.
If it still doesn't appear, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in to refresh your session.

As a team admin, the three-dot icon should appear on the left in Team Workspace to create folders. Since you still don't see it, please double-check that you are logged in with your team admin account and have selected the Team title under My Workspace to fully enter Team Workspace.
If everything seems correct and the icon is still missing, this might be a temporary interface issue. You may want to try accessing Jotform from a different browser or clear your browser cache.

i cleared the cache and i tried a diffreent browser and i still canoot get the three dot icon to show up and still not option to create folder

I am on the silver plan and i dont see any permissions restricted

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. What used to be called Folders is now called Labels. We updated the name to better match how the feature works, but it still helps you organize and group your forms just like before.
