We want forms that are compliance with governing laws when collection of PII's.

We are an Auto Insurance carrier and we need forms that would integrate with Salesforce, where we can shift the development work from the dev team to non-developers to build forms. We want forms that are compliance with any governing laws around the collection of PII's.

• Starter Plan: Allows 5 active forms, 100 monthly submissions, 100 MB storage space, 1,000 monthly form views, and up to 100 fields per form.
• Bronze Plan: Allows 25 active forms, 1,000 monthly submissions, 1 GB storage space, 10,000 monthly form views, and up to 250 fields per form.
• Silver Plan: Allows 50 active forms, 2,500 monthly submissions, 10 GB storage space, 100,000 monthly form views, and up to 500 fields per form.
• Gold Plan: Allows 100 active forms, 10,000 monthly submissions, 100 GB storage space, 1,000,000 monthly form views, and up to 1,000 fields per form. This plan also includes HIPAA compliance for sensitive data handling.

Compliance:

• Jotform supports compliance with major privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA (Gold Plan), SOC 2, and FERPA.
• Data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and optional form encryption for sensitive information. You can check our Security page for more details.
