Good Evening,
I was reaching out because we are looking to streamline our process of our team filing out a new submission form. I have created it in Microsoft forms, but after much review what i am looking for just isn't available in Forms(or power automate) i went down a deep reedit thread.
Anyways what we are ideally looking for is a form that once it is completed, the form will be sent to a specific person that was selected on the form.
We work with third party companies and we would love when our employee chooses that third party company your system would be able to read and send the completed form to that person.
I was able to get the email portion done on Form's, BUT it wont send the completed form to the person no matter what i did.
I was wondering if your system would have that function as that would really streamline our process.
thank you and have a great weekend!

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform offers these capabilities and much more. Once the form is completed, it can be sent to one or multiple email addresses. You can easily Set Up a Notification Email, so that you'll get an email after someone fills out your form. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.
5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.
If you already have a form, we can take a look at it if you share with us the form's URL. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thank you Dayron for getting back to me so quickly. I wanted to confirm though, what you said seems like not exactly what i was looking for. And maybe i didnt explain it clearly on the message. Or maybe I am misreading your message. So please accept my apology if i am mistaken.
What i am looking to do.
Have our team fill out a form.
Based on the question of who is going to be your processor, your system would read that specific question and send the email automatically to that person as well as myself.
The email would also have the completed Jot form, not just a (this form has been completed).
The last two parts are what i am having a problem with and looking for a solution. I am just looking to automate as we have 5 processors and if we can cut out the time of our team answering this form, and your system read that specific processor and email them specifically. That is what we are looking to do.
i had started a basic form on google before moving to microsoft. BUt as you can see from question 1, the person selected would trigger your system as to who to email the form to.

this is only a template and not the completed one, so i dont want you to waste any time copying this over. it was jsut something i whipped up really quick as an example.
lastly when the jotform is completed is it turned into a PDF or something like that so it is quick and easy to save. GandM Forms both dont do that and although the step above is far more important. was jsut wondering what the end form looked it in email.

Hi Chris,
What you are looking for is possible with Jotform by using conditional email notifications along with PDF attachments of the completed form.
Here’s how to do it:
- Create multiple PDF document templates in the PDF Editor for each processor if you want customized PDFs for each.
- Set up autoresponder emails for each processor in the Form Builder and enable the PDF attachment option in the Advanced tab of each autoresponder email and select the corresponding PDF template.
- Use the conditional logic Change Email Recipient to send the completed form and attached PDF to the specific processor based on the processor selection in the form. You can also add yourself as a recipient to receive all submissions.
This way, when your team selects a processor in the form, the system will automatically send the completed form as a PDF to that processor and to you as well. Regarding the email content, the recipients will receive the full completed form as a PDF attachment, making it quick and easy to save and review.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
