I'm getting real sick of this.
I have set up a form. Set up the autoresponder email.
Tested it out 1000 times.
And every time I fill out the form as a customer, instead of sending the confirmation email I wrote out it sends the form.
FIX THIS PLEASE.

Hi RoamWell,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It sounds like your autoresponder email is sending the form submission instead of the confirmation email you wrote. This usually happens if the autoresponder email content is set to include the form fields or if the notification email is mistaken for the autoresponder.
Let me help you with that:
- Go to your Form Builder and click on the Settings tab.
- Select Emails on the left side.
- Edit the Autoresponder Email and check the Email Content tab. Make sure it contains the confirmation message you want to send, not the form fields or submission data.
- Verify the Recipients tab to ensure the autoresponder is set to send to the form submitter's email address.
- Save your changes and test the form again by submitting it live.
If you want, you can also add an Email Confirmation field to your form to ensure the email address is entered correctly by users.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi RoamWell,
Sorry to hear the issue persists. Please double-check that the autoresponder email content is set to your confirmation message and not the form fields. Also, ensure the recipient email is correctly set to the submitter's address.
If it still doesn't work, try removing and re-adding the autoresponder email to reset it.
Give these steps a try.

I already deleted and created a new one.
I already sent the test email to my account and it comes out correctly.Whenever I test it by filling out the form as a customer with a seperate email address, it sends the form not the email i have set up.
It's something wrong on your end.

Hi RoamWell,
Since the test email shows correctly but the form sends the submission instead when filled out with a different email, the issue might be related to how the autoresponder is triggered or email deliverability settings.
Please check if you have any conditions set under the Advanced tab of the autoresponder that might affect sending. Also, ensure your email provider is not blocking or altering the email content.
Using a custom SMTP sender email can improve deliverability and consistency. You can set this up in your account settings under Sender Emails.
Try these steps and see if it resolves the issue.

Hi RoamWell,
Thanks for confirming those settings. Since everything seems correct on your end, this might require a deeper investigation. Please try clearing your browser cache or testing from a different browser or device to rule out any local issues.
If the problem continues, it could be related to a rare system glitch, and we will need to look into it further.

Hi RoamWell,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
When you say it, it sends the form instead of the Autoresponder email, do you mean it sends out the Form URL so you can fill it out again? If so, can you give us permission to do a test submission on your form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
