OneDrive Integration - Shared Access

    Hello Jotform Team,

    I’ve recently activated the OneDrive integration for our form titled “Arizona Multi-Jurisdiction License.” I noticed that the integration automatically creates a folder path in OneDrive for storing form submissions. However, I would like to ensure that our entire team can access these submissions and ideally specify a custom location for the folder.

    Here are a few questions I’m hoping you can help clarify:

    1. Folder Location: Is there a way to define or change the destination folder path in OneDrive without breaking the integration? Currently, moving the folder manually seems to disrupt the connection.
    2. Access Permissions: Can I simply share the integrated OneDrive folder with my colleagues so they can view and access the submissions? Or is there a recommended method for team-wide access (without Enterprise activation)?
    3. Account Requirements: Does the integration need to be set up using a specific OneDrive account, such as the organization owner’s, to ensure broader accessibility or functionality?

    1. Folder Location: If you want to make changes to the integration settings, I'm afraid the integration will break, and you will need to reintegrate your form again.
    2. Access Permissions: Unfortunately, the integration does not work with shared folders. It will only work in individual accounts. If available, you will need to set up the sharing options in your OneDrive account.
    3. Account Requirements: Yes, it should be integrated to an individual account as you will need the login credentials.
