    Hi contactrelationalintelligence,

I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thank you! I need to have different THANK YOU pages where I can display the 6 different results based on the answers. It's like a personality test, so each calculation will send to a different result.

    Hi contactrelationalintelligence,

To achieve this, you'll need to use the Form Calculation widget to calculate the total score and then apply conditional logic to display a custom Thank You Page based on that score. I noticed that your form already includes the Form Calculation widget to capture the score, so you're halfway there. Let me show you how to do it with the cloned version of your form:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar on the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on Conditions on the left side menu, click on the Add Condition button, and select Change Thank You Page.

    3. Now create the conditional logics like in the sample screenshots below and click on the Save button once done.

Since you have six different result types, you'll need to create six separate conditional logic rules, one for each result.

Also, I noticed that in your Form Calculation widget or the score field, there's an extra plus (+) sign at the end of your formula. This can prevent the calculation from working correctly. Remove the last plus sign and click on the Save button to ensure the score is calculated properly. See the screenshot below:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
