I have attempted all the cache cleaning etc. that it recommends. I am currently using chrome so I have no idea why it stopped working all of the sudden.

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you have an extension installed on your Google Chrome? If so, take note that some extensions might affect your browser script. Can you disable those extensions and try again with your AI Agent to see if it's going to work?

no change, removed it completely and still no change, again I've already
cleared history, cache etc. as well.

Can you confirm if your chrome is up-to-date? Can you also try to access it using a different browser to see if the issue persists?
