Hi Jot,
I just discovered that my form is not working on phones. All I get is "Jotform is currently unavailable" message. I tried clearing the form cache. Is there a setting I'm missing? https://form.jotform.com/251237080225044
I added the same link below as it is rendered by facebook.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the link you shared on my mobile device, and everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see the results:
Can you try accessing your form directly through your mobile browser instead of through Facebook? Sometimes, Facebook appends extra parameters to the URL, which can interfere with how the form loads. You can also try opening the link in a different mobile browser to see if the issue persists.

Thanks for checking into this matter. It appears to be a facebook issue since they like to add the extra parameters to outbound links. I'll just tell folks to access the link from our website instead of FB.
