Hi Laredo_Crime,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and noticed that it’s currently not connected to a Square account, which is required to use the Cash App payment integration. Check out the screenshot below;
To fix the issue with payment on your form, you need to connect it to the Square payment gateway. Let me show you how to do it with the cloned version of your form.
1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon beside your Product List field.
2. Click on the Connect via Square button and log in to your Square account.

It was connected. And I've disconnected and connected several times and it won't work and it gives me the option again to submit. I just changed it to paypal but this event preferred cashapp.

Hi Laredo_Crime,
Since you've already reconnected the account, it is possible that your Cash App payment method is not set up in your Square account. Make sure that Cash App is enabled as a payment method in your Square Dashboard under settings. You can also reach out to Square customer support to help you set up your Cash App payment method properly.
