How can I make the form resilient enough to have automation fill what it can and leave the rest for the customer?

    Hi Stoyan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you wish to prefill your form fields from a Zapier integration, you can check out the integrations from Zapier with Jotform. It would be helpful if you could share more information about how specifically you want to prefill the forms from Zapier and what other app you would use to bring the data from. Also, share the URL of the form you are testing and explain a bit about what you are trying to achieve.

Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what you need and how to help you.

I think I have the original problem, mostly sorted, I was using the wrong integration action and trying to just generate the form with the inputs instead of the one that lets me pre-fill and then send. Perhaps I should open another ticket for a follow up question Which has to do with how I can split the form if someone reserves four motorcycles to have it sent to the additional operators also. Thank you for your response.

    Hi Stoyan,

Regarding your follow-up question about splitting the form to send reservations for multiple motorcycles to additional operators, you can achieve this by setting up conditional logic or using multiple email notifications within your form. This way, based on the number of motorcycles reserved, the form can automatically send relevant parts or copies of the submission to the respective operators.

First, create a new notification email for the form filler that reserves four motorcycles. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on Add Email

    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.

    3. Under Condition, click on Add New condition and select Change email recipient.
