I can see option to go back to a revision but its not working. I don't have a ton of conditions but also had things for page 1 and 2 done. Somehow I copied all the rules over one another and now have the same rule/condition duplicated all over. Can you reset me back to the beginning of 6/13 or end of 6/12 both are the same. I can redo anything I did today. Was trying a few things and goofed.
When I click the revision, the right side menu opens and I can see dates. Then it opens a new url and the screen stays white.

Hi bthomas6766,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

Please review my email from before, literally advising me to do what I am telling isn’t working and creating a blank screen. I click revision and the right side opens, rhen shortly after it glitches to an all white screen. Whatever condition or rule that is supposed to happen isn’t working. Can you revert mine back to yesterday?

Hi bthomas6766,
To clarify, you don’t need to be a paid member to use Jotform’s Revision History feature, it’s available to all users. The issue you are encountering with the white screen could be caused by a temporary glitch or browser-related problem.
Let me help you with that:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure no corrupted data is causing the loading issue.
- If you’re not logged in to your Jotform account, the revision history may not load properly.
- Try accessing the Revision History in a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window to rule out browser extensions or settings interfering with the feature.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable, as a poor connection might cause the page to load incompletely.
- Try the Revision History feature again by clicking the Circular Arrow icon in Form Builder, selecting the desired revision from the right menu, and clicking Revert.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

yea I cleared my cache earlier and went back through chrome. I received the exact same on my apple too when going through the browser vs app on it. I am an IT troubleshooter so I can ran through most of the common tactics already.
What is the preferred browser for your app?

got the same blank screen on a different browser, microsoft edge. That's Chrome, Safari, Apple's Chrome App, and mobile app doesn't allow you. Are you sure this is on my end?

Hi bthomas6766,
Can you share the form URL on which you're facing the issue? Can you also share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

It’s ok I’ll just rewrite the conditions, not spending half my day troubleshooting off with your site. I reported and can work around it just redoing it all. Tad annoying but easier than trying to record and get you guys proof of an issue.
I can remake it all fairly quick just wanted to use the revision but this going down a rabbit hole and I’m good. Mark it complete.
