I'm using a domain and forwarding it to my form. I'm getting this error for security on different browsers. Jotform link is Texsource Indiana Order Form. Need some help figuring out what I am missing.

Hi Antony,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. That error usually means your custom domain or redirect doesn’t have a proper SSL certificate set up yet. Jotform forms always load over HTTPS, so if the domain you're using to send people to your form isn’t secure, most browsers will show that kind of warning. You’ll want to double-check that your domain has a valid SSL certificate and that it’s forwarding to the HTTPS version of your form. Once that’s sorted, the warning should go away. If you're not sure how to do that, your domain provider should be able to help you out.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello, GoDaddy contacted me that because the jotform address isn't connected to a server, that it cannot add the HTTPS or SSL connect to the jotform address. Is there server information or something I am missing there?

Hi Antony,
Could you confirm that you're trying to use custom domain on your forms? Keep in mind that only Jotform Enterprise accounts come with custom domain options. I suggest checking out the guide on how to use Custom domains with Jotform Enterprise.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
