Account is suspended

Hi,

i am Ron, from G Swing Bali,

the same person whose the suspended account get reactivated

i tried to add the same card,

now the account is suspended again.

i dont have any other card available.

could you please help to reactivated again please?

Hi Caron,

We offer bank/wire transfer payment, and you can send your request to quotes@jotform.com.

We also have PayPal payment method, and you can follow the normal upgrade procedure. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
