Sign Document Fails to Load After Share

    Hi!

    This form: https://www.jotform.com/sign/242385814376060/send will not load when I hit share.

    Same happens for the recipient. It just shows the loading clipboard gif.


    Please help!

    It seems the form link is not loading and just shows a loading clipboard gif when you try to share it. This issue can sometimes happen if the form URL is not copied or shared correctly.

    Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to your form in Form Builder.
    2. Click on the Publish tab at the top.
    3. Under the Share With Link section, click Copy Link to get the correct form URL.
    4. Share this copied link with your recipients.

    If you are sharing a collaboration link, make sure it is still valid and not expired. You can generate a new collaboration link if needed.

    I've done this.

    I have tried this and it also isn't loading for a client, so the browser cache is not the problem.

    Since the Share option isn't loading for both you and your client, and browser cache isn't the issue, it might be related to your account or form settings. Please check if any browser extensions are blocking Jotform scripts or content. Also, try clearing your form caches from your Account Settings:

    1. Go to your Profile Picture on the top-right in My Workspace.
    2. Select Settings to open Account Settings.
    3. Click Clear Cache under the Form Caches section.

    Try again after clearing caches. If the issue continues, it may require further investigation on our side.

    Different browser.

    Thanks for the response, Jason. The form is now loading.

    Hopefully, it will load for my clients as well.
