What is the best way to structure an order form with one item for sale, where the customer can order from 1-10 bottles, but there are 4 different price categories with lower per-item prices for larger quantities

Hi K,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
To structure an order form with one item and quantity-based pricing with four different price categories, you can use Jotform's Quantity Selector with Special Pricing Per Quantity. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and then the Shopping Cart icon.
- Edit your product by clicking the Pencil icon.
- Under the Options tab, add a Quantity Selector and set it to Dropdown.
- Set the quantity range from 1 to 10 (or your desired limits).
- Enable Special Pricing Per Quantity and enter your different prices for each quantity range to reflect the lower per-item prices for larger quantities.
- Save your settings.
For connecting your form to QuickBooks Online (QBO), use Jotform's direct QuickBooks integration:
- Go to the Integrations tab in Form Builder and select QuickBooks.
- Create Customer action and authenticate your QuickBooks account.
- Map your form fields to QuickBooks customer data.
- Save the integration.
This setup will automate order processing and accounting with quantity-based pricing linked to QBO.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
