Hi There,
I noticed in a FAQ thread someone had requested accepting e-transfers as payment on their form instead of Stripe, Paypall etc. We are also a non-profit and would appreciate this service to keep costs down.
A specialist mentioned they would forward the request to the development team and if others also requested it, you might be able to incorporate this feature. I am also requesting payment option!
Thanks so much,
Heidi

Hi Knox,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Currently, Jotform supports a wide range of payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, and many others, but it does not support accepting e-transfers directly as a payment option on forms. There is no available information about plans to add e-transfer payment options at this time.
If you have any other questions or need assistance with available payment integrations, feel free to ask.

Hi Heidi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you say E-transfer, are you referring to direct bank transfer/wire transfer payment or a mobile wallet? If there's a specific service provider associated with it, can you provide it to us so we can include it in the feature request?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi There,
In Canada it's referred to as etransfer, just a transfer of funds through our emails.
Thanks,
Heidi

Hi Heidi,
Thanks for clarifying. That helps us understand you're referring to e-Transfer, which lets you send money from one Canadian bank account to another using just an email address or mobile number. And while we don't have an integration with this money transfer service right now, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
