Why some members can't fill up my form early?

We have events (camping rallies) with a capacity of 20-30 submissions that are filling in 2-3 minutes. Some of our members have the form open at 9 am (opening time) and still can't get in before others, which is very frustrating.

The forms are working perfectly.

Do you have insight into why one person's submission is accepted and another is not because the rally has filled? Possible reasons are, of course, typing speed, but are there likely other factors like network speed, etc.?

I have the form set to allow Auto-Complete, which could help with the contact info. What instructions should we give our less tech-savvy members about allowing their computers/browser to use Auto-Complete?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are the form fillers are in the same state when they are filling out your form? If the other form fillers are not in the same state or timezone, they can't open the form and fill out the form early. They have to wait for your account timezone to open the form.
