Demande de référent RGPD et informations pour ouverture de compte entreprise

Dans le cadre de l’ouverture d’un compte entreprise pour Saint-Gobain, nous souhaitons obtenir les informations suivantes concernant votre plateforme et votre conformité au RGPD :

1. Le nom officiel de la plateforme
2. L’adresse physique de l’entreprise exploitant la plateforme
3. Une adresse email de contact dédiée aux questions relatives à la protection des données
4. Le nom et les coordonnées du référent RGPD (DPO ou équivalent) de votre société

Ces éléments nous permettront de compléter notre dossier et d’assurer la conformité de notre collaboration avec votre service. Nous vous remercions par avance pour votre retour et restons disponibles pour toute précision complémentaire.

Now, coming back to your question, we offer data processing addendums (DPAs) for our customers that operate in the EU. If you would like to sign a DPA, you can send your request here. Once you complete this form, the addendum will be signed electronically by both parties.
