I have a question. The website https://teslawallcharger.com/ uses Google forms to collect the users data i.e the vehicle charging times for analysis. The forms are embedded on the website. If we buy a paid plan to use Jotforms, will it show the branding? Currently we receive about 10k submissions monthly.

Hi Annika,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Jotform Branding is always included on forms with the Starter (free) plan. But, if you upgrade to our Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan, which you can check out on our Pricing page, then it's easy to remove the branding. This means your embedded forms will not display Jotform branding. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
- In the menu that opens, click on Settings.
- Scroll down to Jotform Branding, and click on Upgrade Account, which will take you to the billing page.
- Now, you can select one of the paid plans (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) to upgrade your account and continue with the billing process.
Considering you receive about 10,000 submissions monthly, the Gold Plan would be suitable as it supports up to 10,000 monthly submissions and does not include Jotform branding. The Gold Plan also offers 100 active forms, 100 GB of storage, and other advanced features.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello Jotform Community,
If you upgrade to any paid Jotform plan, the Jotform branding is automatically removed from your forms, including embedded ones. This means your users will no longer see “Powered by Jotform” at the bottom, allowing for a more professional and seamless user experience on your site like Given your volume of around 10,000 submissions monthly, a paid plan would also provide more submission capacity and advanced features suitable for your data collection needs.
Best Regards!!
