Need to cancel my subscription from Mobile App

    It says I must cancel my subscription in the Mobile app. When I go to the mobile app I'm unable to cancel. Please help

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like you paid the subscription with your IOS app store. This means that you cannot cancel your plans from within the Jotform Mobile App and Jotform Website. You can only cancel your account subscription from the App Store you are connected with.
