Orginal form template is not longer showing on my account

Hi there I had a template and link for a form but the template original is no longer showing up on my login account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For us to help you locate the missing form, could you send us the Form URL so we can look into it? You can also check your Archive and Trash folder to see if the missing form are stored there. Let me walk you through it:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on More on the right side of the page.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Archive to move the form to the Archive folder.

You can also easily unarchive a form. Let me walk you through it:

1. While on your My Forms page, click on Archive on the bottom-left side of the page.
2. Hover your mouse over the form you want to unarchive and click on More on the right side of the page.
3. In the Dropdown menu, click on Unarchive to move the form back to your My Forms page.
