How To Update Account Email Address?

I just want to change the email address from his***n@nac****ton.net to rec***on@nac****ton.net - I don't understand why this is so complicated!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you still have access to the current account email address, you can update the account email address on the Account page. Here's how to do it:

1. In My Workspace, on the upper right side of the screen, click on your account profile picture.

2. Click on Settings.

3. In Settings, on the left panel, click on Account.

4. On the right side of Email, click on Edit.

5. Enter the new email address under New e-mail.

6. Click on Save.
