I need help creating a month to month sales tracking comparison form

So I would like my team members to be able to submit their sales numbers on a month to month basis, but based on the specific name of their business.

For example, "Location 1" submitted John Doe 1 had $10,000 in sales revenue. Next month, "Location 1" submitted by John Doe had $15,000 in sales. Then, perform a calculation on the growth/decline, in this case a 50% increase from one month to the next.

I believe there would need to some smart logic to lookup a location name, then compare one month date to the next, chronologically, and do the math.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

While it's possible to perform calculations within a form using the Form Calculation widget, unfortunately, the Form Builder does not have a feature that allows you to look up data from the previous month based on location. You or the submitter may need to enter the previous month's sales in order for the Form Calculation widget to do the math. Here's a demo form I created. Here's the sample result:
