Hi HCHDonations,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The email attachment limit sent through Jotform notifications is 5MB due to the AWS SES service limitation. This limit cannot be increased on Jotform's side. If you need to send larger files or more attachments, you can set up your own Custom SMTP Sender using your email service provider. The attachment size limit will then depend on your email provider's limits. Here's how to do it:
1. In Account Setting, click on Add Sender Email.
2. Select Google/Custom/Microsoft.
3. Click on Continue.
4. For Google, login with your Gmail account, for Microsoft, login with your Microsoft account, and for Custom, fill out the SMTP credentials.

For Custom:
5. Click on Send Test Email.
6. Click on Save.
We also have a guide about How to Set up SMTP for a Form that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
