Hi,
Someone purchase my associate session and that product option is still visible. The stock control is the 0 so why is it still showing up?

Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed your form, and it appears that there is still available stock for several options. Because the other selections are still available, the product remains selectable on the form. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to set all stock to zero. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select your Product List and click the Wand icon.
2. Hover your mouse on the product and choose the Pencil icon to update it.
3. Go to Stock tab to set all stocks to zero and click the Save button.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

After changing all the options to zero, it is sold out completely. It wont allow to select any other option

Hi Jenni,
Yes, the product will be marked as sold out only when all its options are out of stock. Are you referring to marking a specific option as out of stock rather than the entire product? If so, you can set the stock quantity of that particular option to zero, which will make it unavailable, while assigning the appropriate stock levels to the remaining options that are still available for selection. Check out the screencast below to see how it works when Technical Tour, Wednesday Keynote + Lunch, and Thursday Keynote + Lunch are out of stock:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
