I have tried all things and it says that a reset email was sent to me but I have never received it

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address you used on this thread, and it appears that it is only associated with a Form User account type. If this is what you're referring to, I can convert it to a regular account so you can reset your password. If not, can you share us the email address on the account you're referring to?
