One of my forms with 100s of submissions is suddenly generating all blank submissions. These are submissions from the past few years and as current as the past week. I know they were complete but now nothing is generating. Where did the content on these submissions go?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If past Jotform submissions are appearing blank, it's likely due to a few reasons. One possibility is that the form's cache is corrupted, or that the data wasn't sent correctly during the submission process. Another reason could be incomplete submissions, or users potentially re-submitting blank data if the Clear when submitted option is enabled.
Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
