My multiple choice question isn't showing properly in kiosk mode on my tablet. It's blank until it's tapped and then just the drop down shows without the question. Any suggestions for an easy fix?

Hi Amber,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It may have been incompletely generated which is why the form seems to be empty when viewed on Kiosk mode? Can you try enabling the Kiosk mode on the form again and check if the issue happens again? I cleared your form cache on my end as a precaution.
On the Jotform Mobile App, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device for filling out, or you can use Kiosk Mode, even without an internet connection. All submission data will be saved to your device and sent to your Inbox once you're connected to the internet. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the form that you want to access in Offline Mode.
2. On the bottom-right side of the menu that opens, toggle Offline Mode to the On position.
You can't use certain widgets and elements in Offline Mode because they require an internet connection to function properly. Let me show you how to use Kiosk Mode when you don't have an internet connection:
1. On your My Form page, tap on the form that you want to open in Kiosk Mode.
2. About halfway down in the menu that comes up, tap on Kiosk Mode.
3. Adjust the Kiosk Settings as you like and then tap on Launch Kiosk at the bottom. And that's it.

Can you try using another device and check if it works without issues? Can you also send us a screen recording so we can check what seems to happen when you use the Kiosk mode? You can send the link of the video so we can check it on our end.

Hi Amber,
It seems that the Kiosk mode is working without issues on your Apple device. Since the issue is on a specific device, can you try uninstalling Jotform Mobile then install it again? After that, log into your account and enable Kiosk mode and check if the issue happens again.
