My account is glitching.

    I am having difficulty with my account glitching. Every time I select submissions/tables everything is jus blank therefore I cannot see my previous documentation. It's just blank every time I click on "submissions" and even tables. I have been having this technical issue since all day yesterday and still today.

    Hi Shania,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, our system shows that the account linked to the email address used to create this thread does not have forms. Can you share with us the email linked to the account that's having an issue?

    Also, can you try to Clear your browser cache, or use a different browser or via Incognito window and see if the issue persists?
