I'd like to cancel my subscription and delete my account.

Hi Sonia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I can confirm that the subscription is canceled. Sure, you can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
