We need a new password for us to access the attached documents

    Our password for accessing the attached documents to Jotform has apparently expired. Please could you send us the new password. Thank you

    Hi Catriona,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you a form user, or do you own the form? If you're a form user, and have filled out the form, you need to reach out to the form owner. You can reply to the email that was sent to you. The form owner should be the one receiving it.
