AI Agent: Thumbnail is showing incorrect logo

    To Whom It May Concern,

    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the branding on the link I share through my Job Form account. Previously, the link displayed an image of our mascot, which aligned with our branding. However, I have noticed that the image has been replaced with a default image that reads "Jot Form AI agents," along with my name, MJ Evans, and the link to agent.jobform.com.

    As a subscriber with a paid account, I understand that your team is doing marketing; however, I believe it’s important for us to maintain the ability to fully customize and brand our shared links. This feature was previously available, and I would appreciate some clarification on why the image was removed and how I can restore the image I originally selected.

    Could you kindly provide instructions on how to upload and display the image I want to use when sharing our link, or let me know if any changes to the platform are preventing this?

    I tested your AI Agent and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
