How to Add a Comment or Question Box to My Form

How do i add a from or box on the form so they can type out any questions or make any remarsetc

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To add a box on your form where users can type out any questions or remarks, you can use the Long Text Entry field. Here’s how to do it:

1. In the Add Element menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Multiple Long text field.
2. Long Text Entry field onto your form, where you want the question box to appear.
3. Customize the label to something like Your Question or Any Remarks to guide your users.

This will allow your form respondents to type out any questions or remarks freely.
