Need assistance in fullfilling a requested quote.

I am a purchaser for the DOD in Utah. I have a request for Press Brake, Shear, Conveyor and OBS technical support services and Laser and Material Handling Systems technical support services. I am unsure how to facilitate this request. My requestor, Jared Smith has obtained a quote from your company but I cant get through to anyone when I call the number listed on the quote.
