Roularta Media Group with VAT number BE 0434.278.896 has reached an agreement with Professional Media Group (PMG) regarding the acquisition of the trade journals Artsenkrant and Le journal du Médecin This means that from April 2025, invoices are to be sent to Professional Media Group (PMG).

Please send us à credit note to cancel invoice of April and a invoice to Professional Media Group, Torhoutsesteenweg 226, 8210 Zedelgem, VAT BE 0454023544.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you would like to make changes to your invoice, you will need to log in to the account, then create a support ticket from there. As for sending out invoices, you can download your invoice directly from your account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section. 
4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.
