I would like to remove CAPTCHA... apparently need to ask account to be whitelisted.

Hi Dan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If Captcha still appears when a user submits the form, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. To decrease the likelihood of spam submissions to your form, a Captcha is used. Keep in mind that a captcha is an anti-spam feature, and it usually appears when the system detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a certain IP Address in a short period of time.
To resolve this, your respondents have to wait for around 10-20 minutes before submitting the form again. They can also try refreshing their internet connection to get a different IP Address. I have whitelisted your Jotform account as well, since you are on a paid plan.
