My clients unable to fill the Preferred Method of Contact field

The Preferred Method of Contact is not letting my clients fill in the information on this section or check the boxes. Please help

Hi Georgia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you're referring to this form. When I checked this form, I saw that you're using a Paragraph field in your form. Keep in mind that it's not possible to fill out the Paragraph field in your form, it needs to be prefilled. As a workaround, you can use the Fill in the blanks field instead of the Paragraph field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left.

2. Click on Fill in the Blank element in the menu on the left and add it to your form.

3. Click on +Add Field on the right side of the element and select Multiple Choice option from the list.

4. Now, set up your Multiple Choice fields.

5. Then copy the fill in the blanks option and paste it inside the Fill in the Blank field and remove the lines after the colon sign.

6. Now, click on + Add Field again and select Short Text field from the list.

7. Finally, place the short text field beside the question.
