I'm not getting any submissions from my form I created

    Hi,

    I need help figuring out why I'm not getting my submissions from this form - https://form.jotform.com/251116944597162

    why are the responses coming to my backup email and not

    caldera2026parents@gmail.com?

    Your form submissions might be going to your backup email instead of caldera2026parents@gmail.com due to the email notification settings. Please check if the notification email recipient is set correctly in your form settings.

    Also, verify that your primary email is not on Jotform's bounce list and check your spam or junk folder. Adding Jotform's IP addresses and domains to your email whitelist can help ensure reliable delivery of notifications.

    To troubleshoot further, you can view your form's email logs on your Account History page to see the status of sent emails.

    Hi Shayne,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you clarify what you mean that you are unable to get submissions for your Form? After submitting the form, you are unable to see them in Tables/Inbox? Or, after submitting the form, you are unable to get the Notification Email? I checked your Form and was able to see that the Email Address is missing from the Recipient of the Notification Email. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Adding the recipient to your Notification Email is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the column on the left, click on the Emails tab, hover with your mouse on the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
    3. Click on the Recipients tab, then scroll down to Recipient and add your email address.
    4. Finally, click on Save at the bottom.
