AI Agent: How to Change Thumbnail on the URL?

I cannot get my ai link photo to update to my branding. Is it possible? I did what the chat bot help said and it did not work. My logo is updated in the form but my ai link photo looks like a jotform ad. See attached.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your AI Agent and I can see that there is no logo added which is why the default Jotform logo is shown when the URL is shared. You can easily add your logo to the Welcome and Conversation pages of your AI Agent. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the top-right side of the page.
2. Then, in the Designer menu on the right, go to the Style tab.
3. Scroll down to the Logo section, and then click on Upload a Logo.
4. Adjust your logo in the Edit Image menu, and then click on Save.

Give it a try, and let us know if you have any other questions.

My logo is uploaded there

I see it in above the avatar and on the welcome page the places. But when I share the link it still shows the same image I posted above.

The display of the logo or thumbnail may vary, depending on the platform you're sharing the AI Agent's URL through. Can you tell us what social media platform you're sending the link through, so we can test it using our own AI Agent and see if the same thing happens?
