How can I get rid of the blank pages in between my quiz where there is conditional logic?

Since you are using hide conditions, I'm afraid there will be blank pages if you are just trying to hide the questions in the cards. What you can do is use the Skip To/Hide a page condition. Here is a sample Hide a Page condition:
