1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select PDF in the menu on the left side of the page and click on Download in the PDF Download window.
3. Then, you'll be redirected to PDF Editor, which lets you customize the PDF layout of your form and click on Download again in the upper right corner of the page.
   
   

Keep in mind that widgets and some basic elements are not supported in the fillable PDF form. This is because widgets rely on scripts to function, and scripts can’t run in a fillable PDF. If your form includes unsupported elements, consider using alternative fields that are compatible with the PDF format.
