Hi Now when we log in it asks verification code to the account email is this new? Because we never used to recieve verification code thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Do note that this verification code prompt is a part of our standard security measures. It typically appears if you try to log in from a different device or IP address while your account is already logged in elsewhere. Our standard plans are for single-user access, so only one login session can exist at a time. If you want to avoid this, make sure to log out from your Jotform account on other devices before logging in on a new one.
Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to our Enterprise Plan, which supports multiple users under a single main account and offers expanded limits and features.
