    Hi there

Having some trouble with creating forms and uploading documents.
Everytime I do this with a bilingual document jotform automatically DELETES all the Chinese content. I don't mind if you guys don't support Chinese as a company it but it would be nice to just have an option to keep the original text there? or at least allow us to edit the form when we upload a .docx?

    Can this be implemented?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

    Hi Vivien,

I found a solution. You can convert your .docx file to a PDF. After that, upload it when creating a Signed Document. As you can see, I used PDF and the Chinese letters were retained:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you so much Jeric!

    I've managed with PDF.
