PayPal Payment is Not Working

    This is Denise White with the Monterey Tequila Festival

    HELP!!!

    Paypal payment field on all my jotforms are not clickable or selectable. I need to change my email for paypal. Can you fix this? people are trying to pay with this paypal field. Appears that Payments were mistakenly taken under a 2014 old registered paypal account under Denise White with an old email of hanfordyouthservice@gmail.com. The money has been transferred to the correct account and I have closed the old account. Which is very strange how that happened because we used jotform all last year with the current email for payment transfers under the username montereytequilafestival and email montereytequilafestival@gmail.com

    Ai only can help to a point but cannot get issue solved.

    I cleared my cache numerous times and restarted my computer, I have 3 hours of my time including talking to the Ai.

    Can someone please give me a call 559-930-5188

    I need this done ASAP.

    Hi Denise,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the PayPal payment field on your forms is not clickable and you need to update the PayPal email address associated with your payment integration. When I cloned your form to replicate the issue, it seemed to be working correctly. Check out the screencast below:

    You can try reconnecting your PayPal account using different account. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon beside your Product List field.

    2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right area and click on the connected button, then click on Reconnect.

    3. In the popup window, you can enter your PayPal email address and password to connect your PayPal account.

    If your PayPal account automatically reconnects without asking for an email address, try logging in directly to the PayPal website and logging out of your account. After that, return to your Form Builder and reconnect your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can try using a different browser. As a precaution, I have also cleared your form cache.
