    Hi Gerardo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it's possible to customize the appearance of your email content by adding background colors to specific rows using the Source Code editor in your Notification Email. Let me show you how:

    1. First, copy the custom code through this link. If you know basic web coding, then you can also modify the code to suit your needs.
    2. In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    3. Click on the Emails tab on the left side of the page.
    4. Click the Pencil Icon on the right side of Notification 1.Notification Email > Email Content: Change color of specific rows Image 1 Screenshot 40
    5. In the Email tab, go to the Email Content, and click the Source Code icon.
    6. Erase all existing code, paste the new copied one, and click Ok. You will then see that changes in the color of the specified cell.
    7. Click on Save to update the changes in the Notification. Notification Email > Email Content: Change color of specific rows Image 2 Screenshot 51

That's it. Test your form, and you'll see that the specified rows will now display with the background color in the Notification Email that you received. Hi Gerry,

You can download the code shared by my colleague and open it in your preferred text editor. Then, using the Find tool, search for titles like Property. Once you find it, the color value at the start of the line indicates the color used for that row. You can change this to a different color of your choice. Feel free to visit this page to browse color codes you can use. Check out the screenshot below on how you can do it:
