Dear Jotform Support Team,
I am facing several issues with my custom AI agent on the Jotform AI Agent Builder platform, and I need your guidance to resolve them:
1. The agent does not follow the Chat Guidelines I have set, which are written in Arabic. It often ignores these instructions during conversations. Is there a specific way to write the guidelines in Arabic to make them more effective? Are there any limitations on the number of guidelines I can set?
2. Despite uploading (5) structured Excel/CSV files to the Knowledge Base, the agent rarely refers to this data during training or responses. The data is organized in tables with details about hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh and deferent cites in Egypt (e.g., name, location, features). How can I ensure the agent utilizes this data effectively? Additionally, are there restrictions on the number of files I can upload? (i need to upload more than 20 file )What is the best file type for the Knowledge Base (Excel, CSV, or text paragraphs), and is it better to organize data in tables or as text paragraphs?
3. Would using Buttons in the conversation improve the agent's performance? If so, how can I set them up properly to enhance user interaction?
4. Can Actions help resolve these issues? For example, can they ensure the agent follows the guidelines and uses the Knowledge Base data? I would appreciate guidance on how to configure Actions to address these problems.
