Hello
I am Using Jotform on our website to take in new leads and I need the email to parse into my CRM. For whatever reason, the email parsing works for a bit and then appears to break without reason. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, you mean there's an issue with passing the form data to your Pipedrive integration, right? If that's what you're trying to do, When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I went ahead and cleared your form cache, as this typically fix minor form issues. Can you try to remove your integration and add it back again? It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
- Now, select Pipedrive and click the Remove Integration button.
- Choose Yes, Remove to confirm the changes.
