When viewing support conversations in JotForm currently it is appears as an anonymous conversation. How do we tie it to the authenticated user so we know where the inquiry came from?

Hi Amussen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your question about how to pass the email or user identifier to the AI Support Agent so that support conversations are tied to the authenticated user, currently, Jotform support conversations appear as anonymous by default. There is no direct built-in feature to automatically link the conversation to the authenticated user's email or identifier in the AI Support Agent interface.
You can try to include a form field that requests the user's email or identifier explicitly within your form, so this information is captured with the submission and visible in the conversation context. Or you can use Notification Emails or Autoresponders configured in your form settings to send submission details, including user identifiers, to your support team.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
