Hi I'm using the app and in. my form I use image picker for mh clients to choose what service they need help with. I needed to add a drop down with a document that shows more information.
I thought I had it figured out, section collapse and paragraph, section collapse again.
the problem was it so small I can't read it.
I want the client to be able to click on it, be able to read a letter size and then close and be at the same place they left.
any ideas?

Hi Mathias,
I cloned your form to review its elements and saw that you have a Paragraph field under the Cooling Maintenance Information section. Currently, the paragraph doesn’t contain any text. You can add the content you want your clients to see when they expand that section, and also increase the font size to make it easier to read. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select the Paragraph element and click the Pencil icon on its right to open the Rich Text Editor where you can enter your text.
2. In the Rich Text Editor, highlight the text you want to resize. Then, in the formatting toolbar at the top, click Font Size and choose your preferred size from the dropdown.
Check out the screencast below to see how the Paragraph element looks with larger text and improved readability on a mobile device orientation.
If that’s not exactly what you had in mind, or if you’d like to explore other ways to display the information, let us know the details so we can check it out for you.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

my question was " I needed to add a drop down with a document that shows more information."
the documents mostly PDF have graphics and designs on them.
if it was just text then obviously I would have used the method I already told you didn't work for me.
I added a pdf in the paragraphs section, but it's too small and can't be enlarged when using the app/form
I was also hoping to not use a link as that usually clears the form when they come back.
any ideas?

Hi Mathias,
Unfortunately, there's no widget that acts as a dropdown with a document that shows more information. As a workaround, instead of using the paragraph element for each section collapse, I suggest using our PDF Embedder widget. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- From the Widgets tab, select PDF Embedder.
- Click on the Wand icon of the PDF Embedder widget.
- From the Basic tab, upload your PDF.
- Click on Update at the bottom of the page.
Here's the result:

that's perfect, however when I add that,
all the image pickers under becomes single file list.
it seems like section collapses forces the rest of the from to change appearance.
this only happens on the mobile view.

Hi Mathias,
It seems you updated your form, as I don't see section collapses in your form anymore. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

after i add a section collapse.
its messes with the mobile view.
anything thats above is one way 2 image picker next to each other.
after section collapse, its only 1 image per line. and it doubles the length m
is there a know issue with section collapse that changes the layout of the rest of the layout (mobile view)

Hi Mathias,
Can you take a recording of what's happening and share the link with our Support Forum, so we can try to replicate the issue? You can upload the video recording to any public sharing platform like Google Drive, YouTube, or Dropbox and share the public link with us. You can also use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
